In the quote phase, Mr Hu was responsive and prompt, responding quickly and fully to questions. He was a reliable and timely in doing the work which was of good quality. He was quiet and got on with the work I would recommend him with no reservations.

Great service

We had an Electric cook that needed disconnecting from the mains socket. The engineer was great, explained what he had done and left everything else in perfect working order. The whole experience with this person was fantastic from start to finish.

Dragon express arrived on time and carried out the work very quickly and to a very high standard. Communication was clear and concise and all waste and rubbish was cleared away. The charge was very reasonable and even less than initially estimated. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone.

Andy Hu did a really great job. The heating system (hot water and central heating) was broken. He replaced the old control system with a modern Hive Thermostat Mini system. He did the job quickly (in about 2 hours) without any documentation for the old system. It works perfectly.
