I hired Dragon Express for my annual boiler service, and was very happy with the job. I plan to hire them again for next year.

Andy Hu was just wonderful. He contacted me on Thursday morning, arrived with the new equipment (Hive Thermostat package) at 13.00 and finished by 15.00. He was replacing an ancient system (Randall 702) - 36 years old, with a modern wireless system. I had no documentation, but he worked it all out, and left with the hot water and radiators working perfectly. He is an excellent engineer.

I needed my gas supply capped off for installing an electric hob and they were fantastic. Reliable, great communication, quickly and safely done.

Booked in very quickly, arrived on time, job done well.

Mr. Hu replaced an outdated domestic fuse box with one up to code in three hours flat, and supplied the electrical installation report for the new fuse box plus an electrical installation condition report (EICR) that same-day. He was punctual, very respectful of the property, left a clean and tidy workplace, and even supplied an industrial-strength black bin bag for the disposal of the old fuse box and other waste. I am very happy with the work, thank you.
