very professional and neat work

James answered in an emergency on a Saturday morning when my burglar alarm went off for no reason. Offered clear and reassuring advice on the phone and came round soon afterwards to complete the job. Excellent professional service. Would highly recommend and will now be my electrician of choice going forward.
