Darren came and quoted and i booked the work in for 2 weeks time- then 2 days before he was due decided to let me know it would be too hot to do anything in the loft- although the day he was due is only likely to be 23 degrees- I understood that, but then couldn't come back for nearly a month - don't think he wanted the work to be honest and to wait until the last minute to notify me was pretty poor. he has delayed me getting on with other jobs and i would have preferred him to be up front at the beginning. Would not use him under any circumstances - can't be relied on

Company was very responsive arriving later that day to review the problem. The leak was resolved but a part was required to fix the toilet flush. This was procured and Darren returned the following day to fix the toilet flush. Work was carried out timely and efficiently.

Darren was brilliant, came out quickly as it was an emergency even though he wasn’t that local, did a fantastic job and was very fair with the charge.

When a faulty ballcock valve in the header tank of the central heating system wasn't covered by the service contract held with another company, DPK (Darren) said he would come out within the hour which he did, he replaced the water supply ballcock valve very thoroughly, quickly with a polite and professional manner at a very reasonable cost. He was very polite, tidy, helpful and efficient. His manner was comfortable and a pleasure to have him work in our home. He is definitely the right man to use for the small jobs that bigger concerns don't seem to want to handle. Thank you very much.
