This company is fantastic, can’t believe how quick they responded and fixed our problems, has been trying to get a plumber for months without success. It was lovely speaking with the girls, which gave me loads of confidence. We will only now be going with this company. I can’t tell how wonderful experience it has been. I had a problem in identifying the cause of lots of cold water coming from hot taps and showers. James and Alfie from DPB Plumbing and Heating Engineers Ltd quickly carried out a number of tests and identified the cause of the problem and fixed it by replacing a shower mixer valve bar. Patrick attended ahead of schedule to conduct an annual service of the boiler, gas fire and hob. Job location: YO11Having moved into a property mid winter and the boiler suddenly developed a fault. From the initial phone call they were calm and professional, got appointment earlier than expected, engineer came when expected and was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Would recommend.10 How well the company operate from office to the men that attend to do the work
