Patrick attended ahead of schedule to conduct an annual service of the boiler, gas fire and hob. He was very knowledgeable, explaining the whole process and informing me as to the condition/performance etc. Polite, methodical and didn’t cause any inconvenience etc. Would highly recommend as used before
