  Efficient, knowledgeable and prompt - highly recommend

  Nigel came round to quote within a couple of hours of me submitting my enquiry. He promptly provided the quote for a boiler replacement and scheduled the work within the next fortnight. Friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Area and flooring was protected during the works and left very clean and tidy. Cannot fault Down Plumbing and Heating and would highly recommend.

  Nigel was excellent, he arrived promptly at the agreed time and carried out the service to our boiler as agreed. He was helpful with answering a few questions we had around other matters and was tidy and prompt with his report following the service.

  I contacted Down Plumbing through Checkatrade and Nigel was the first to respond with the earliest availability. He came as scheduled, carried out the boiler service and resolved an issue with some of the radiators on the top floor. He explained everything clearly and the cost was very reasonable.

  Emergency boiler repair and boiler service

  Nigel saved the day! My boiler started to leak during the night and Nigel came to my house within 5 minutes of me contacting him to isolate the boiler and came back later the same day to repair it. By attending so quickly he literally saved my kitchen ceiling from coming down. I asked him back to service the boiler and repair taps in the bathroom. He was calm, professional, and friendly throughout, with helpful advice. His pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
