Over the years Nigel has replaced and serviced our boiler, dealt with numerous radiators and most recently has completed a new bathroom for us. Nigel is the epitome of a reliable professional - punctual, tidy and incredibly skilled. Our bathroom looks amazing, his attention to detail is second to none. We highly recommend him!

Nigel came round to quote within a couple of hours of me submitting my enquiry. He promptly provided the quote for a boiler replacement and scheduled the work within the next fortnight. Friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Area and flooring was protected during the works and left very clean and tidy. Cannot fault Down Plumbing and Heating and would highly recommend.

Nigel was excellent, he arrived promptly at the agreed time and carried out the service to our boiler as agreed. He was helpful with answering a few questions we had around other matters and was tidy and prompt with his report following the service.

I contacted Down Plumbing through Checkatrade and Nigel was the first to respond with the earliest availability. He came as scheduled, carried out the boiler service and resolved an issue with some of the radiators on the top floor. He explained everything clearly and the cost was very reasonable.
