  I don’t usually write reviews, but Doug’s Property Services transformed my tired kitchen and dining room into a stunning open space—and I had to say thanks! Doug, Joe, and the team were fantastic: punctual, tidy, and incredibly patient with my nosey self. They brought my vision to life with flawless attention to detail and handled everything without a hitch. No snags, no stress—just quality work. I now have a kitchen so nice I almost feel bad cooking in it. Almost. If you're considering a refurb, call DPS—you won't regret it!

  From the moment we met Doug we really liked how honest he was about everything! He spent the time looking around and going through everything we wanted to do before giving us a detailed quote! His professionalism is great! He always kept us in the loop about what was going on & time scales and if anything popped up he let us know options and how much extra it could be. He worked hard and often went above & beyond, he left the place clean and tidy. He also helped save us from a bad experience we had with the kitchen person we’d used for a new kitchen! Thank you so much! Would highly recommend.

  Custom fitted wardrobes and cabinets

  Doug and his team were prompt, responsive and consultative. Last week they built fitted bedroom wardrobes and created some downstairs cabinets, as well as some other small jobs. They were fast, incredibly tidy, creative in overcoming space limitations, and really took my opinion and feedback on board. They built exactly what I wanted but had had a hard time explaining! 10/10, highly recommend. I will be using them again in future!

  Garage conversion

  Doug and his team did an excellent job on our garage conversion with polite manners and care for our home. Doug has a very high quality of workmanship, with a meticulous level of detail. He goes above and beyond to ensure an excellent finish and smooth project. He provided valuable insights into our options and didn't push us to take out unnecessary work, treating the project as if it was his own home. It can be difficult to find an honest builder who generally cares about your house and project. We recommend Doug and plan to instruct him and his team to carry out further work for us.

  Ripping out old kitchen and fitting new one. Included fitting oven , extraction tiling, and flooring

  Everything done with minimum of fuss. Arranged and took in new kitchen, which wasnt expected, but very welcomed! Quality of all work carried out was exceptional . Trustworthy and no hesitation in leaving keys with them so that they could come and go. Remove and disposed of all rubbish/waste. Have recommended to my brother who also needs work done. Refreshing that when job complete, the bill matched what I was quoted. On top of that Doug is a really good guy. Thanks for a job well done
