From the moment we met Doug we really liked how honest he was about everything! He spent the time looking around and going through everything we wanted to do before giving us a detailed quote! His professionalism is great! He always kept us in the loop about what was going on & time scales and if anything popped up he let us know options and how much extra it could be. He worked hard and often went above & beyond, he left the place clean and tidy. He also helped save us from a bad experience we had with the kitchen person we’d used for a new kitchen! Doug and his team were prompt, responsive and consultative. Last week they built fitted bedroom wardrobes and created some downstairs cabinets, as well as some other small jobs. They were fast, incredibly tidy, creative in overcoming space limitations, and really took my opinion and feedback on board. They built exactly what I wanted but had had a hard time explaining! 10/10, highly recommend. I will be using them again in future!

Doug and his team did an excellent job on our garage conversion with polite manners and care for our home. Doug has a very high quality of workmanship, with a meticulous level of detail. He goes above and beyond to ensure an excellent finish and smooth project. He provided valuable insights into our options and didn't push us to take out unnecessary work, treating the project as if it was his own home. It can be difficult to find an honest builder who generally cares about your house and project. We recommend Doug and plan to instruct him and his team to carry out further work for us.
