10 Expert, efficient and effective service!

I had a leak in my ceiling and called Douglas and Sons who I had found on Checkatrade. Michael came promptly and identified the problem and explained clearly to me what was happening and sent me a video of his investigation. He was very honest in his assessment of the situation. The repairs were carried out effectively and efficiently and all debris was removed. The repairs were put to the test immediately (it started raining heavily) and the ceiling was and remains, dry. Michael is a straight talking, helpful and friendly guy. He came to do an initial assessment of the hole in our roof and found the cause of the leak. He came back a few days later to fix the problem – he was very efficient and tidy and cleared up any rubble/mess. Douglas & Sons were recommended to me. They responded immediately and made time to attend as we had an emergency set of leaks in heavy rain.
