I had a new garage installed but needed flashing done to ensure it was water tight. I reached out to a few roofers but Douglas & sons were the first to respond and agreed to come in a couple of days. Michale Douglas is a very professional roofer and very punctual we broke a garage roof during tree surgery on a very large tree in a private residential garden. Contacted Michael regarding roof leak. He attended within an hour a put a temporary repair in place. Two days later after an extensive examination of my roof repaired faulty tiles, lead valley and apex ridge. Extremely nice person to do business with. Very good experience, punctual and reliable. When quoted for the job Michael took photos and explained in detail what he was going to do. Even during the repairs he took photos to show the progress.
