Totally in awe and grateful to Michael. One of my roof tiles splintered and fell onto my car. I rang Michael and he answered the phone immediately and came the following the morning. Checked my roof, reassured me, apart from two tiles, my roof was in really condition, and replaced the tiles there and then. I had a leak in my ceiling and called Douglas and Sons who I had found on Checkatrade. Michael came promptly and identified the problem and explained clearly to me what was happening and sent me a video of his investigation. He was very honest in his assessment of the situation. The repairs were carried out effectively and efficiently and all debris was removed. The repairs were put to the test immediately (it started raining heavily) and the ceiling was and remains, dry. I would certainly recommend Douglas and Sons for roofing repairs.
