I had a leak in my ceiling and called Douglas and Sons who I had found on Checkatrade. Michael came promptly and identified the problem and explained clearly to me what was happening and sent me a video of his investigation. He was very honest in his assessment of the situation. The repairs were carried out effectively and efficiently and all debris was removed. The repairs were put to the test immediately (it started raining heavily) and the ceiling was and remains, dry. I would certainly recommend Douglas and Sons for roofing repairs.

Michael came round and gave an honest appraisal of the roof issue. Did not try to sell me an expensive solution and actually very quickly solved the problem on the spot and wouldn't take any money! Will defo call him again. Thank you!

Michael is a straight talking, helpful and friendly guy. He came to do an initial assessment of the hole in our roof and found the cause of the leak. He came back a few days later to fix the problem – he was very efficient and tidy and cleared up any rubble/mess. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use him again.
