    Replaced toilet flush handle and linkage

    Very prompt arrival to assess the issue. Communicated the repair clearly. Was able to fix the issue immediately and efficiently. Lovely tradesperson and would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Always quick to respond!!

    I had a split outside pipe on returning from holiday. This meant I needed to shut off the mains supply leaving me without water. Duncan answered my call on a Sunday and I was happy with him coming to look at it first thing Monday morning. After that, he got parts and had the problem fixed in a couple of days -would have been quicker but for torrential rain!!

    We had Duncan come out to help us. He found the source of the leak quickly and fixed it for us quickly too. He was extremely professional and friendly. He also tidied up when he was done. Couldn’t recommend Duncan more.

    Repair of a mains water supply leak

    Excellent service! Suggested to make a new water supply connection from mains supply rather than dig up the neighbours garden where the supply ran through, saving lots of money and time. The work was done very efficiently and within 2 days. Excellent work done by Steve and the team, would highly recommend them for any plumbing work! Thanks guys!

    I would thoroughly recommend

    Robin and Dorset Drainage have now completed a few jobs for me – removing an unwanted radiator, replacing kitchen taps and replacing a toilet flush. All the work was carried out to an excellent standard and the quotes were better than others received. The work was extremely tidy, with Robin even hoovering up afterwards! Fantastic work, I would thoroughly recommend.
