How lucky was I to phone Duncan, I can't thank Him and Steve and the team enough, the 90 years old iron water pipes had given up, we now have a new blue pipe water main all the way to the kitchen stop cock They contacted Richie to remove some of the kitchen so they could get to the concrete floor, they contacted gas engineer Heat Rite , as the oven had to be removed, and the gas shut off, all so efficient. All done re tarmacked and back as new in about 48 hrs Brilliant thank you .

“Three times retired” Duncan came out promptly on a Sunday to cure our bathroom blockage. He was here for almost an hour clearing what was probably years of build up of limescale and muck. He was very friendly and cleaned up after he’d finished. Now I don’t think our sink and bath have drained as quickly in the few years we’ve been here!

Very prompt arrival to assess the issue. Communicated the repair clearly. Was able to fix the issue immediately and efficiently. Lovely tradesperson and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a split outside pipe on returning from holiday. This meant I needed to shut off the mains supply leaving me without water. Duncan answered my call on a Sunday and I was happy with him coming to look at it first thing Monday morning. After that, he got parts and had the problem fixed in a couple of days -would have been quicker but for torrential rain!!

We had Duncan come out to help us. He found the source of the leak quickly and fixed it for us quickly too. He was extremely professional and friendly. He also tidied up when he was done. Couldn’t recommend Duncan more.
