It was a while ago as I've just found the paper to post a review. Douglas was wonderful, super friendly and very funny. Older guy but by no means slower! He kept in touch, fixed our issue and was great for a chat, big supporter of women in the field too.

They were brilliant. Came within a day of initial contact. Turned up at the exact time agreed. Were polite and friendly. Completed the work to a high standard. Explained the issue to me in a clear and understandable way. Left the area clean. Would recommend.

I have used Duncan yearly for flushing my drains and when I have had any kind of blockage. He is reliable, honest and has fantastic chat. Would not hesitate to recommend! I will continue to use Duncan for as long as possible as he is 10/10
