I placed an enquiry on Sunday night, first thing Monday Stefan called and arranged to come first thing on Tuesday. He text tuesday morning when he was on his way, he came in, found the problem straight away, located the part he needed in less than 30 minutes came back, fitted it really fast and was on his way. Stefan came to look at extractor same day I rang. He advised it was motor and would be cheaper to replace whole unit however I did not wish to redecorate (due to upcoming house move) Stefan therefore found part online and advised me to check with company that it would fit the cooker/was returnable if not correct part. When part arrived, Stefan booked me in a few days later to fit it. Stefan was polite and professional and the extractor fan is working again.
