Stephen arrived at time quoted. Communicated exactly as needed. Fixed the Neff electric cooker in record time and I arranged for him to come back to fix the door seal on our Bosch washing machine. I called Steve this morning, he was obviously busy or out of range so I texted my issue to him. By lunchtime he had phoned back, attended the site where my lodge is and repaired the oven. Incredible service!!!

I placed an enquiry on Sunday night, first thing Monday Stefan called and arranged to come first thing on Tuesday. He text tuesday morning when he was on his way, he came in, found the problem straight away, located the part he needed in less than 30 minutes came back, fitted it really fast and was on his way. Stefan came to look at extractor same day I rang. He advised it was motor and would be cheaper to replace whole unit however I did not wish to redecorate (due to upcoming house move) Stefan therefore found part online and advised me to check with company that it would fit the cooker/was returnable if not correct part. When part arrived, Stefan booked me in a few days later to fit it. Stefan was polite and professional and the extractor fan is working again. I would recommend this company.
