I recommend this company without hesitation. They were pleasant and helpful when I first got in touch, and subsequently as a replacement door was ordered and installed. The actual installation was speedy and well done.

Helpful professional surveyor. Ordering very straightforward. Company good communication on the whole however please note they require full payment before installation of the work. Overall, a good company to work with and their work was of a very good standard. I would recommend and use again.

From the first contact we had with the company, through to the surveyor's visit and installation the service we experienced was seamless, professional and friendly throughout. Installation on the day went without a hitch. The installers made helpful suggestions, worked non-stop and tidied up thoroughly before leaving.

Honest Review with picture evidence. Reference dowloaded "Picture Doormatic Review Summary.jpg", for more details. Contracted Doormatic for a ‘White wood effect’ roller door but it was Cream. Incorrect size, side panels were fitted, not what we ordered, making the whole outer garage look all odd. We are awaiting a response from Doormatic on these points. Doormatic assured us they would send their best fitters. Well, if these were Doormatic Best Fitters?... I urge anyone who reads this review to think twice before giving your business to Doormatic.

Survey completed in November, paid for the garage door in December and told it would be about 6 weeks. Company turned up in March with the wrong size door, doors fitters not their fault. Spoke to installations manager and finally got a door fitted in late April. Awful customer service and company do not touch. Oh and if you ask for the directors email address to contact them direct… good luck.
