Mark Ward messaged me the day before he was due to come and look at my washing machine. His text said he would be here at 7.30. Bang on 7.30 the next morning there was a knock on my door and there was Mark. He looked at my machine and showed me where the circuit board had blown. He took some photos and said he'd order the part right away. I asked how long it would take and he assured me it wouldn't be long. By around 12.30 I got a message to say the part had been ordered and I'd be informed when they receive it, so fingers crossed it won't be long cheers MarkVerified reviewerJob location: B710 Reliable and quick service.

The engineer Nikie was friendly, polite, and professional. He contacted me to let me know what time he was arriving and was on time.
