Washer dryer had a fault arrived on time cleared fault and gave great advice brilliant service

The guy was brilliant - very thorough and quick. He could see the issue before he investigated, which is a sign of a skilful engineer. He put my mind at rest and left me satisfied with the service provided.

I am so happy I discovered Domestic Heroes. Their customer service is excellent. They turn up when they say they will and their charges are very reasonable. In April this year Scott did a great job mending our dishwasher with no fuss. It had stopped working due to a leaking valve, which he replaced the following day. Today we had Nick out to check our tumble dryer, as it felt hot to touch and I wanted to know if that was normal, fearing a potential fire hazard. Nick took it apart and hoovered out all the fluff from years of use and reassured me that all is fine. Highly recommend them.

The gentleman was extremely helpful. As he fixed the issue. He explained what had caused it and how to help prevent it happening again. Works better than it has in a long time.

One telephone call for help with my fridge was booked in straight away.The engineer that visited me this morning came on time and was very pleasant, polite and very informative when I asked questions he also cleaned up before he left i would definitely recommend Domestic Heroes and will use them again if I ever need.
