Excellent service provided by this company after being let down by manufacturer’s own repair technicians. Staff were friendly and helpful and explained what they were doing to solve the problem. Good communication from the time the appointment was booked until repair was completed. Manufacturer had kept me waiting for 2 weeks and then cancelled my appointment. This company arrived in 3 days and sorted the problem. They are my true Heroes.

The technician found and fixed the problem quickly (the freezer condensation drain was blocked by a piece of ice), and he gave us advice on what to do if it happens again.
