10 We love our cladding

Andrew Beales (Billy) our local Checkatrade guy has just completed cladding around our porch.. first class job. he came to look, gave us a quote, we paid a little and a date to come to start was given to us. Would not recommend this company. Having paid insurance on my American Fridge Freezer for 10 years I had to call them on Sunday to report a breakdown and request repair. They gave me a number to call on the Monday at 9am to arrange a repair. Unfortunately the number they gave me always a dead line and I called D&G back to advise. Since then I have been given the complete run around and still have no date for repair of my appliance. I administer biologic medication and my injections need to be kept refrigerated. All this company did was give us a lot of stress for the past couple of months. I purchased their repair and care plan and they explained to me that should our appliance becomes unrepairable after the repairs, they would replace it. What they did was after two attempts of repair, they have suddenly cancelled my plan saying my direct debit has failed. Our fridge was working okay before all the repairs. We really just wanted them to check the ice build up.
