    Leaky washing machine

    Checked seal and put washing machine on to check for leaks. Water was leaking from drawer so cleaned it out and suggested putting it on a hot wash with bleach and a rinse

    DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE ADHD OR PRONE TO FORGETTING ABOUT VOUCHERS IM 800 QUID OUT OF POCKET DUE TO SHORT EXPIRY OF ONE YEAR THEY WON'T EXTEND AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE :( TOLD MANY TIMES THE VOUCHERS WOULD GET ISSUED THEN LAST MUNUTE TOLD THEY WOULD NOT IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY I.E. ADHD OR PRONE TO FORGET ABOUT VOUCHERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IM £823.99 out of pocket NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. Not even the camera because they took it.

    Dishwasher repair by D&G through Bosh. The repair was a bit slow, maybe due to Christmas time, but it was fixed in the first week of January next year. In general, amazing service and very polite and helpful technicians. Their work was good through two visits.

    Washing machine repair

    I have had 8 appointments to repair my washing machine since July last year. They were due today for the 8th time but cancelled at 11.20am. Another day wasted. The customer service is a joke, you cant speak to anyone, you cant complain to anyone, you just go round in circles with a bot on the phone or 'live chat'. A truly terrible experience from start to finish. I wish i had just bought a new machine when the issue first started. Avoid at all costs
