  The booking system was straight forward and the engineer contacted us on the day of the appointment prior to his arrival. He arrived on time and carried out the work professionally. He was able to accept a card payment on the day and informed us that if any problems arose he was happy to re attend and if so would only charge for any spare parts that might be needed. All in all a first class service.
