  Gavin was great. A quick response from the enquiry. Arrived promptly. Fixed the issue really quickly. Service charge was £15 cheaper than others. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  Repair carried out and all working. Appointments were all on time and progress was updated efficiently and promptly. Engineer was very friendly and carried out the repair to a high standard. Would recommend for future.

  Washing machine sensor issue causing machine to regularly and sporadically beep during cycle

  Gavin diagnosed the problem quickly after some checks, and explained thoroughly the issue and what he was going to do. He gave me some advice and free cleaner sachets to use after he’d gone. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
