More than satisfied with the service. Gav responded promptly and came out when he said he would. He identified the problem quickly (a burnt out & melted mains terminal block) He ordered the part needed and returned the next working day to complete the job. He explained what he was doing and why and checked that all parts of the range cooker were in good working order before leaving. He charged very reasonably too. Will definitely use again if needed and recommend to others.

Excellent service. Contacted within minutes of receiving the request. Turned up on time. Sent a couple of reminder beforehand. Didn't overcharge, sorted the issue and gave some great advice on how to maintain the appliance so as not to incur further cost.
