Communication was excellent and very prompt after request was submitted. Arrived on time and sorted the problem quickly and without additional cost to that quoted.

Gavin came on time. After explaining what had happened he had to replace the cooker element. He carries sock in the van and had the exact replacement. Work done in a professional manner. Would definitely recommend this company again.

Gavin called me as soon as I reported the issue, he wanted to touch base before a proposed home visit. After several detailed yet simple questions he managed to work out what the issue was over the phone! After some deliberation gavin gave me some advice on how to rectify the problem myself. Called this company to enquire about a fridge freezer repair. Gavin was really knowledgeable about the appliance brand and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone using the information I gave. Sadly on this occasion it can not be repaired and I will need to purchase a new one, but due to Gavin's expertise and helpfulness it saved me having to pay a call out fee. Hopefully I won't need to use this company anytime soon, but I would not hesitate to use them in future or recommend to friends and family.

Gavin came to look at my washing machine. On inspection he found more problems with it. I appreciated his honest opinion that it would be cheaper to get a new machine. He is very knowledgable and arrived on time. I would definitely recommend him.
