  Very quick to respond and keen to resolve the problem

  Dan was able to come out on the same day (having replied really quickly to my enquiry) and fixed the problem there and then for a reasonable cost - saved my buying a replacement for my 14 year old washing machine! He was quick and cleaned up after himself, and i was able to put a wash on that afternoon!

  Dan fixed our dishwasher and oven over two visits in the space of a week with the second visit on a Saturday. He diagnosed the problems and sourced the parts quickly - one of them was already in his van. He was reliable, skilled and reasonably priced and we will certainly be contacting him again if we have any other problems.

  Dan was responsive, reliable and provided good advice. He came within an hour of me seeking help, provided a diagnosis for the fault and then returned as promised to install the part he ordered. As the part did not resolve the fault, he provided two pathways - further replacement parts, which he cautioned may still not fix the problem, or for us to order a new dishwasher (given the age of the machine). We chose to buy a new machine and he did not then charge us for the work he did.
