  Dishwasher Fault Sorted

  Dan has fixed our washing machine before and now fixed our integrated dishwasher. Resolved mains filter issue and also cleared inlet water hose. Any appliance issue we'll get him round.

  Quality workmanship

  Chris carried out a replacement gutter and additional soffit works which were unexpected but required. Very friendly team, care about their work and quality finish. It's yet to rain but I expect it to do the job! Chris managed to complete the additional works two days later in the run up to Christmas which was a positive.

  Washing Machine motor fix

  Good experience! Dan was prompt to respond and came next day. Successfully replaced washing machine carbon brushes to get motor working again. Arrived within time frame. Brushes expensive but overall happy with using Dan. Will use again.

  Bathroom Refit

  Peter and his team (Robert and Artur) were perfect bathroom fitters. Peter is very considerate and trustworthy - we could leave him to it and with keys. He takes his time with his quality work. We are very happy with the finished green and grey tile bathroom. There was one area which wasn't as flush as previously which wasn't highlighted to us at the time but we can live with. We did order more tiles and went over the original 3 week timescale, although he did work round some deliveries. Peter came back for some touch ups which was good. We will definitely use Peter again for other work!

  Unreliable. Made an appointment at a mutually-agreed time with Paul. Paul even reconfirmed the address shortly after the call. On the day nobody turns up - try to contact several times but no answer. Leave a message and no reply or apology. Using a more trustworthy landscaper.
