Explained cooker breakdown.A visit by an engineer was arranged within 2 days. Engineer arrived on time found fault and arranged for replacement item. Received quote for repair same day and visit by engineer to replace item made for 4 days after.Repair completed.

Although on the first visit the engineer thought the issue was fixed, I had to call them back as the fault recurred. No issue in returning with no additional cost for call out. Now working perfectly!

Fabulous! Efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Both appliances repaired in a hour and was charged less than the original quote as I didn't need all the parts! Count recommend highly enough!
