Friendly, honest and reliable company to deal with. Very efficient technician who gave an expert diagnosis of the problem with my washing machine.

My heating unit failed in my cooker range. A left a message with DHA REPAIR LTD., and they called me back in the afternoon. I explained my problem and they said an engineer would call the following day. They arrived at approximately 11.15 and found the problem. They had the part on their van and within minutes had replaced the faulty part. As they had just completed a repair a few days before, there was no callout fee or labour charge, just the part to pay for. I thought this was more than fair and thanked them for their effectors on my behalf. I have no hesitation in recommending this company

Brilliant service: quick, freindly and helpful. Liam the engineer was excellent. Fast, careful and clearly knew what he was doing. Excellent service from start to finish.

On initial contact expected few days delay in attending but following chat with office staff they arranged for a next day visit. Engineer called prior to visit and arrived in time stated. Diagnosed and fixed te fault within minutes. Then checked the machine for any other problems not apparant. Explained what needed doing very clearlyand left one very happy customer.

Next day visit. Kept in contact about timings. Very friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely young man called Liam , that came to repair washing machine. I told him what had happened and he knew instantly what was wrong. He fixed the problem in 15 mins and even showed me how to get my dispenser out, so that I could clean it. Very polite and cheerful young man and sorted the problem . Thank you Liam.
