The company responded very quickly to my request for help and the very next day someone came out to fix the problem. The technician contacted me the night before with an estimate of when he would be here. The next day, today, he rang to say the time he would arrive. He arrived as forecast, fixed the problem with the hob unit that would not stay alight, explained what caused the problrm and showed me how I might be able to fix it myslef if it happened again. He achieved all this in 15 minutes and then departed leaving one very happy customer.

not much to tell the cooker hood could not be fixed. So we need a new one

We have a 6 gas hob range cooker with 2 electric ovens. One of the hobs stopped working with no obvious cause. With the original manufacturer no longer providing maintenace services, we selected DHA from online research and checkatrade members ship. Their response to our request for assistance was prompt, understanding and friendly. A site visit was scheduled and adhered to. The attending engineer immediately appreciated the nature of the fault, acted efficiently and quickly resolved the problem. He took time to explain the fault cause and the corrective actions. Pleasant & helpful throughout.

DHA Repair kept us updated about our appointment for repair of our cooker. The engineer rang us the day before to give us a two hour estimate for his arrival. On the day, he rang us to say he'd be with us within 30 mins. Our engineer was very efficient and polite, cleaned up after fixing our cooker. All round professional job. Highly recommend them.
