Really impressed! Booked Sunday night as washing machine had stopped draining and in trying to fix things I had flooded the kitchen floor a few times! Booked Sunday night. He came on time on Monday and was polite, personable and did a fantastic job. He drained, replaced the pump which he had in stock and tested the motor and mended the wiring and reset as it was stuck on one cycle. He also put back the kick board which had been dislodged over time and ensured everything was tidy. I would highly recommend. Someone who knows what they are doing and charges reasonably. 5 stars.

Fridge Repairs.

Fridge needed repairing due to temperature going up. Trader did the best he could by adding more gas at the back of the fridge. It did not fix the problem, so in the end I had to buy a new fridge .

I was contacted within hours, the tenant was then contacted on my behalf and arrangements made for same day attendance. Reasonable call out charge quoted. Photographic evidence sent of work carried out. Very efficient, reliable and trustworthy, plus the price was acceptable. Would definitely use again if needed.
