My fridge was at a temp. of 12°C (should be less than 6°C). After 2 visits by the "tradesman", a cost of £140, there was no improvement to the temp. of the fridge. It remained at 12 to 14°C. He made things even worse. The fridge is now leaking water at the back. I left a message on WhatsApp about the problems, and he phoned me up and started moaning and shouting at me down the phone and said he's "under stress". This is a highly unprofessional individual. He topped up the refrigerant in the fridge but didn't bother changing the thermostat. His English was poor and barely understandable.

Diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue in a short time.

Photographic evidence sent of work carried out. Very efficient, reliable and trustworthy, plus the price was acceptable. Would definitely use again if needed.
