Unfortunately I cannot recommend Dolphin stairlifts as mine and my mum's experience with them was horrendous. We were getting a stairlift fitted through the council who chose Dolphin to do the work, but we had issues with them numerous times such as during the fitting. I had to ask Glyn 3 times where the emergency stop button is and how to use it because he said "I'm just a fitter, I don't know", they did not do well at explaining how to use it, what to do in emergencies and were generally unhelpful and uninterested. Very professional in their work , they completed in a timescale that lots of companies could not match .
