Unfortunately I cannot recommend Dolphin stairlifts as mine and my mum's experience with them was horrendous. We were getting a stairlift fitted through the council who chose Dolphin to do the work, but we had issues with them numerous times such as during the fitting. I had to ask Glyn 3 times where the emergency stop button is and how to use it because he said "I'm just a fitter, I don't know", they did not do well at explaining how to use it, what to do in emergencies and were generally unhelpful and uninterested. Paul was dismissive when we tried to complain and was not empathetic at all

A v quick service & no mess left after installation of my stair lift, im happy to have my independence once again.

Had a Stannah stairlift installed for my Dad which he is really pleased with. Dolphin were very professional, knowledgable and happy to answer all our questions which meant we were confident to use this company.

Very professional in their work , they completed in a timescale that lots of companies could not match . The installer was courteous and very polite and spent time to ensure all operations of the stairlift were explained to ensure safe use .
