  Exceptional service and life changing experience

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had Dolphin Lifts Kent Ltd fit a stairlift in my dad’s house and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and incredibly respectful of my dad and his home. Everything was clearly explained, there was no pressure, and the installation was carried out efficiently and neatly. The stairlift itself has made a huge difference to my dad’s confidence and independence, which has been such a relief for our whole family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dolphin Lifts Kent Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional service

  Amazingly Speedy and professional service

  We recently asked for a quote from Dolphin Lifts which was extremely competitive - This was just one week before Christmas - Richard arrived on the same day I contacted them and gave me an extremely competitive quote in the evening of the same day. The lift was then installed on the 23rd December - Unbelievably speedy and professional service all round. I would recommend Dolphin lifts to anyone who wants a very competitive price and a first class exceptional service.

  Thank you, Dolphin Lifts Kent, for repairing my wife’s stairlift. I called Dolphin at 13.30 and the stairlift was repaired by 15.30! Very happy with the service! Lovley local company! Highly recommended!!

  Excellent company

  Dolphin lifts fitted a stair lift for me. From the first visit they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Everything was done in a timely manner with no issues at all. As a younger person with a disability, I had previously recieved judgemental comments from another company who came to quote. Dolphin lifts were in no way judgemental, putting me at ease the whole time and made the whole process very smooth!

  Speedy and reliable service

  I contacted Dolphin Lifts to ask for an assessment of two straight chair lift runs at my elderly mother's house. We had been told that the top chair was on it's last legs, so I was concerned about safety. Dolphin's helpful engineer arrived that day, did a thorough check, lubricated the rollers and rectified one button on the arm control. All is well with both straight runs and we are very pleased we contacted Dolphin Lifts. Many thanks.

  Curved Platinum Ultimate stair lift!

  I have waited aprox 6 month before writing this review because I wanted to see how the stair-lift perform. I can say quite honestly that it is excellent. Before installation, the advise and help given was very very good. For example we were advised to wait a couple of weeks for the new model to be available (curved Platinum Ultimate). Communication was again excellent and the installation was tidy and hassle free. Finally the price was very good. We would highly recommend Dolphin Lifts Kent Ltd!
