    Curved Platinum Ultimate stair lift!

    I have waited aprox 6 month before writing this review because I wanted to see how the stair-lift perform. I can say quite honestly that it is excellent. Before installation, the advise and help given was very very good. For example we were advised to wait a couple of weeks for the new model to be available (curved Platinum Ultimate). Communication was again excellent and the installation was tidy and hassle free. Finally the price was very good. We would highly recommend Dolphin Lifts Kent Ltd!

    Excellent all round service

    Fantastic service. Everyone involved was really understanding, from the quote, survey and installation. Speed of getting the stairlift installed was a matter of days. The attitude of the installation team made this such an easy experience for my elderly parents.

    Excellent Service

    From the initial survey to the installation, the whole process has been seamless. We had to have a radiator and handrail removed, this work was completed leaving the area clean and tidy. Our lift engineer 'Tony' then arrived to fit the lift, again he left the area clean and tidy. He was friendly and very patient when explaining how to use the lift. Excellent service

    Professional and nice people to work with

    From discussing the possibility of a stairlift to actually installing it, the process was smooth and efficient. Very competitive on price and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend 100%.

    Excellent service and very professional

    Excellent and very professional service from the initial call for a quote to the final installation. If you are looking for company that provides exceptional service this is the company for you. A very warm thank you to Richard for providing the quote and being very patience when discussing the various options, to Lee who conducted the installation in a very professional way, made sure everything was clean afterwards and great a explaining how everything worked.
