We had a stairlift fitted after my wife fell down stairs and broke her pelvis. We originally had another manufacturer fit a lift but were dissatisfied with both the service and the stairlift and we had it removed. We contacted Dolphin stairlifts because they were local to East Kent, they advised us on the best stairlift for our purposes and the planning, purchase and fitting was carried out efficiently, effectively, cleanly and by friendly and polite staff.

We required a replacement stairlift as the charging unit for existing 20year old lift could not be repaired.A recondition lift was sourced but the was a slight delay in obtaining a 4m aluminium travel rail.

I found Matt and Neil very good to deal with over the install of a stairlift for my parents. No hard sell, good advice on what to go for. Clean and tidy installation, by nice and friendly engineer. Would have been a clean set of 10’s except for delivery/installation date hiccup, which was sorted very promptly and a small fault shortly after installation. I would certainly recommend them.
