I found Matt and Neil very good to deal with over the install of a stairlift for my parents. No hard sell, good advice on what to go for. Clean and tidy installation, by nice and friendly engineer. Would have been a clean set of 10’s except for delivery/installation date hiccup, which was sorted very promptly and a small fault shortly after installation. I would certainly recommend them.

From the first contact with Dolphin, through to the fitting and aftercare I could not fault any aspect of the service we received. Everyone at Dolphin was extremely professional, polite and friendly, answering all our questions and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Our fitter was excellent too, no mess and was great explaining to dad how to use his new lift. If you need a stair lift, do not hesitate to use Dolphin. Fantastic stair lift repair and replacement. The engineer was lovely polite cleaned up after him self . Showed I.D when knocked the door .

The engineer was perfectly on time. He was friendly and efficient and finished in good time. He ensured that I was happy and that I fully understood the new device.

The company as a whole were punctual, polite, friendly, efficient. I would recommend them with no hesitation.
