Very speedy response to the post, great communication about when able to come and the price of the job. Dave was really nice, explained and demonstrated what the issue was, sourced the new part and fitted it immediately. Dave called and came out the same day to change our locks after a break-in. Very happy with the price quoted and he also aligned our patio doors for free which we are really pleased with. Job location: BD2I placed a request to repair my front door lock which wouldnt open and within a few minutes I received a call from D N Locksmiths and Dave arranged to come to the house that evening . During this visit he repaired the lock so that it would lock and unlock that night. A new gearbox was required and Dave arranged to come back the next day after sourcing a new gearbox and duly completed the necessary work. He was very prompt ,courteous and professional and I would have no hesitation in contacting him again if required.
