Very speedy response to the post, great communication about when able to come and the price of the job. Dave was really nice, explained and demonstrated what the issue was, sourced the new part and fitted it immediately. Would absolutely recommend the company and would use then again myself.

David was quick to respond to my enquiry, after a few questions knew exactly what was needed and was able to quote and carry out the work in less than 24 hours. He was punctual, friendly and carried out the job in a timely manner. I would 100% use David again for any of our lock issues.

Dave called and came out the same day to change our locks after a break-in. Very happy with the price quoted and he also aligned our patio doors for free which we are really pleased with. Trustworthy, professional, friendly and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I placed a request to repair my front door lock which wouldnt open and within a few minutes I received a call from D N Locksmiths and Dave arranged to come to the house that evening . During this visit he repaired the lock so that it would lock and unlock that night. A new gearbox was required and Dave arranged to come back the next day after sourcing a new gearbox and duly completed the necessary work. He was very prompt ,courteous and professional and I would have no hesitation in contacting him again if required.
