Dave responded instantly to my emergency request to being unable to lock my UPVC front door and adjusted the door plate so that the locks would realign properly, as well as replacing screws in the plates that were missing. He was friendly, courteous and professional throughout the visit and I know he is a tradesman I would trust again in the future.
