I was so happy with the work carried out by Duane. On this occasion, I’d originally asked him to service the boiler and provide a gas safety certificate but my tenants had been having problems with a shower - which another plumber had been unable to correct - so I asked Duane if he’d mind looking at that too. Duane went out of his way to fit with the times my tenants were available and was able to diagnose the shower problem and solve it. While there, he also unblocked the toilet and found a leak in a washing machine hose which he replaced! Duane kept regularly in contact and responded quickly. Arrived on time and fitted thermostat and waited until set up on app and tested to make sure it was working- will definitely use again for plumbing etc jobs . Job location: BA2Duane came over today to complete Gas Safety Checks on my property. He was polite, friendly and very communicative. I have no trouble recommending his services and I will reach out to him in the future for my renewal. 4.67 Check trade gas certificate and information correct as no contact after work complete
