I called DNA and they were here in less than an hour and the crew were professional and unblocked our loo in quick time , they left the bathroom spotless and toilet working properly . I would like to thank the lads for a job well done and would highly recommend DNA , there were no hidden charges and I the cost was very reasonable for the work carried out, thanks again DNA

We had a deep and persistent kitchen drain blockage that had resisted everything — chemicals, manual snaking, vacuuming. Ashley and his team arrived promptly, were professional and polite throughout, and explained each step of the job clearly. Everything now flows perfectly. I’m so relieved, and truly grateful they resolved it without needing CCTV or any structural work. Highly recommend — honest, efficient, and no upselling.

What an amazing couple of men that came to do the work. They explained what the issue was and how much it would cost. The job was a hard one but they were determined to clear the drains and spend nearly the whole day carrying out the repair. They even took the time to find the property behind mine to see if they could clear it that end. They still only charged me what they had quoted. I would recommend them to anyone who is having issues with drains or plumbing.
