  Double Glazed Window Replacement x9 plus Door

  DMW Windows were priced very competitive and supplied both quality Windows and Door. Their workmanship was very good and left everything very tidy. Full attention to detail was given at all times! The fitters were all very professional, friendly and accomodating of our needs. Would highly recommend and will be in touch again soon for our next project.

  Very pleased with this company. Everything went smoothly and reasonable price. They even cleaned a window frame as a kind gesture. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them.

  Fitting a 10'x8' glass panel in lounge door

  All excellent EXCEPT took a month to come and fit the glass which was the wrong sort. Came back a month later with right glass and did a very good job in fitting it.

  THIS INDEED WAS AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION. THE GLASS WAS ORDERED PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS DURING A BUSY PERIOD FOR MANUFACTURERS WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO ACHIEVE A LOT OF COMPLETION. ON THIS OCCASSION THE OBSCURED PIECE OF GLASS WAS MADE IN THE WRONG PATTERN. THIS WAS REALISED ONCE WE WENT TO INSTALL IT, THE THURSDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. WE ORDERED THE NEW PIECE BUT THIS COULD NOT BE MADE UNTIL AFTER THE MANUFACTURERS HAD RETURNED TO WORK AFTER THE BREAK IN JANUARY. ONCE WE RECEIVED THE NEW GLASS WE INSTALLED IMEDIATELY. THE CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY WITH OUR WORK BUT ON THIS OCCASSION WE WERE GOVERNED BY OUR SUPPLIER AS TO WHEN WE COULD COMPLETE THE WORK.

  DMW’s team were so polite and friendly from the first visit after separate recommendations from our roofer and decorators. The price was very reasonable and the office were so helpful and easy to deal with. Being an independent local family business they gave a far cheaper price for the same windows than some of the larger companies with no annoying chase up calls or texts. The windows were fitted and the guys tidied up as if they’d never been. They were so friendly and trustworthy that we could go to work and leave the dogs. The quality of windows is very high and I’m so pleased we used DMW
