THIS INDEED WAS AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION.
THE GLASS WAS ORDERED PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS DURING A BUSY PERIOD FOR MANUFACTURERS WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO ACHIEVE A LOT OF COMPLETION.
ON THIS OCCASSION THE OBSCURED PIECE OF GLASS WAS MADE IN THE WRONG PATTERN.
THIS WAS REALISED ONCE WE WENT TO INSTALL IT, THE THURSDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
WE ORDERED THE NEW PIECE BUT THIS COULD NOT BE MADE UNTIL AFTER THE MANUFACTURERS HAD RETURNED TO WORK AFTER THE BREAK IN JANUARY.
ONCE WE RECEIVED THE NEW GLASS WE INSTALLED IMEDIATELY.
THE CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY WITH OUR WORK BUT ON THIS OCCASSION WE WERE GOVERNED BY OUR SUPPLIER AS TO WHEN WE COULD COMPLETE THE WORK.
