As usual an excellent service from Donald and Vanessa

Phoned DME Windows and spoke to Vanessa, who was really helpful from the start. She arranged a day for Donald to come out and look at our glass unit. We’d previously used another local company who told us it wouldn’t be possible to get the same colour spacer bar, which was important to me so everything matched. Donald had no problem sourcing the exact same spacer bar at all. Both Vanessa and Donald were very helpful and honest, and I’m so glad we chose to use DME Windows. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Double glazing unit shattered in patio door, phoned DME , Donald came round the same afternoon and took measurements. It was the last day to order glass prior to Christmas. Glass unit was fitted about a week later, it was excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Excellent job by Don. Vanessa called to say he was in my area, and may be able to carry out the job. 10 out of 10 in all departments. Fairly priced and swift worker. Very pleased I can now shut the window. Thanks DME team :-)

I had a problem with my upvc back door lock. I got in touch with DME and booked Donald to attend my home and he would try to sort my problem. He arrived early on the day in question and was very polite and friendly. He is a very knowledgeable tradesman and went about his business quickly and efficiently. He sorted out my problem and now I have a lockable door. Top job done and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. I can thoroughly recommend him. Reasonably priced and a job well done.👍
