Most recently had a locking door handle replaced, but have been using DME for various replacement sealed units for years and frankly would not consider going anywhere else. Completely reliable and always meets or exceeds our expectations.

Family run business. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was explained to me on their visit, and all options presented, with no pressure to commit. All communication was friendly and professional. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently with no mess left on completion. Very happy with the results.

We have used this company before and will continue to do so because we are so impressed. One of our double glazed units in our bifold doors had gone misty/cloudy inside. Don came out to measure up and quote, he is very knowledgeable and explained exactly what had happened and what needed to be done. Once we’d accepted the quote, he ordered the unit and we were contacted about a fitting date when it arrived. Don has very good office support, the bookings and invoices etc are looked after by Vanessa, who is very efficient. We would highly recommend DME.

Needed 12 blown double glazing units, and we weren't impressed with the 1st two companies that we called out to give a quote. DME was different : we didn't have to wait long for Donald to visit, measure up (carefully), explain the alternatives (clearly) and give us a quote (a reasonable price), which we accepted straight away. On installation day, everything went very smoothly, and Donald was thorough in cleaning up. Recommended highly

As issue was a less than an hours work, we were fortunate and were able to be seen within 48 hours of the enquiry. Our doors are working beautifully once again and my wife was pleased with how polite and efficient the DME team were.
