Donald was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. We have had an issue with our front door lock and he resolved this in a timely manner. Vanessa was also very helpful when discussing over the phone and clarifying times to complete the job. Would highly recommend 👍

This is the second time we have used DME Windows and have always had a great service from the moment I call to speak to Vanessa to Donald completing the work. I trust Donald and he gives an honest opinion of what I needed doing and how to maintain it. Great family business.

I spoke to Vanessa to arrange a convenient time for Donald to come round and give me a quote. Donald arrived on time and explained exactly what needed to be done, very knowledgeable and polite and carried out the work in a clean and timely manner. Service was excellent from start to finish and we would highly recommend this company.

Donald arrived at given time and carried out a first class re alignment of the door, also helped locate the manufacturers of the bi fold doors so that I could order a missing part which I have obtained. Would definitely recommend this company and I will use their services again.

Phoned and spoke to Vanessa, who was very polite, we arranged a suitable day for Donald to visit. Donald arrived on time and explained exactly what needed doing and how much it was going to cost. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He fixed the problem there and then as he had the parts on the van. Other tradesmen said I would require new windows due to the age of them. I'm so happy I found someone I can trust.

Great service from start to finish. I had a couple of windows which weren't closing properly and had gaps on the hinge side. Donald was able to quickly identify the best course of action and did the repairs there and then. One of the windows required a new hinge, the other was a matter of adjusting the glazing. The work was done quickly and efficiently, with care taken not to make a mess and the results demonstrated to me to make sure I was happy. Would definitely recommend DME and will use again if I have any other door/window issues.
