  Commercial Building Asbestos Survey

  DMD Installations, gave us a very reasonable quote for hte job of conducting an Asbestos Survey on our office building. They were all very polite and very professional. They sent out one of thier team out to do the survey on the building and they were very professional and conducted a very thorough inspection of our building and then proivided a professionally presented inspection report quite quickly post inspection. We would happily recomend DMD Installations to anyone looking to use their services and would happliy use them again for other servies they provide.

  Luke and the rest of the team did an exceptional job, taking care of every aspect with great detail and enthusiasm. They also all worked well with each other. They also discussed the peculiarities of the job as it went along. We are very happy in recommending them and DMD Installations in general.

  Unacceptable customer communication

  I proceeded to get a quote from this company, only to receive a quote that was more than double the most expensive quote I received for the same amount of work elsewhere. After expressing my opinion and disagreeing with it I received a reply from a guy and I quote "If you know so much about cladding you should come and get a job here. " This is absolutely no way to speak to a client for simply disagreeing with you. It would be more appropriate to explain your position and that you can't help me further. Completely Unacceptable DMD

  In response to the above. DMD Installations Commercial Director has contacted this consumer and explained That DMD is an approved installer in the following, Cedral, James Hardie, Kestrel, Swish, freefoam and many more and can guarantee its work. As a business we endeavour to offer the best quality installation possible, and our proven track record can demonstrate this. He then offered an insight into how our business compiles its price points and the fact that a business of our scale is unfortunately subject to considerable overheads. This combined with our commitment to health and safety, reducing our environmental impact, being a responsible employer and all the other factors on a medium size business will always put pressure on our price point, and probably make a small independent man in a van cheaper. Unfortunately, a flippant comment was made via email by a member of our team, this was in response to an email we received questioning our price point. DMD accepts that this was a mistake and undermines this consumers experience of DMD. Both the Commercial Director and Estimator have apologised for the comments and she has acknowledged that.

  Cladding a large dinning room, garage and two storey extension.

  Superb from survey; to estimate; pricing; preparation and craftsmanship installing the cladding. Luke and his team are clearly expert installers and ensure that the whole job meets their own professional specification before they leave site. There are a lot of purported cladding installers out there but you can do no better than engage DMD.

  Highly recommend DMD great service, really friendly and professional. Windows and doors were fitted with no mess A1 fitters. Absolutely thrilled, transformed the look and warmth of my house :)

  Exterior Cladding and Replacement Flat Roof Areas

  Work carried out to a fantastic standard. I was kept informed daily as to progress and shown what they had achieved. I had a great rapport with the work team and felt they were like family. They left the site clean and tidy each day. Upon completion I sent a photo to a friend and the response was "WOW" which to me sums it up. I actually miss having the guys around. The property is so much warmer that if the heating is on from 6.30 am to 8.30 am I don't need any more until late evening on a cold day.
