Sink had a a slow drain and would not clear with bleach. They renewed the p bend. I ended up calling a drainage engineer out assuming the issue was further down as my sink and washing machine backing up. Turns out plumber used wrong fitting and used a tub of vanish on a gas pipe to lift the waste pipe. I ended just googling and getting stuff from screwfix to fix it myself. Waste of money and time

Derek arrived today to fix what ended up being a combination of root causes that led to blocked external pipe and overflowing sink and flooding and resolved the issues and completed his work speedily and efficiently as well as at a reasonable price for the extent of the problem. There is another matter that I would happily use him for when the time comes to deal with it

Great service - fault ended up being a malfunctioning SaniFlow. Plumber ordered the part and replaced perfectly within a couple of days, exactly when he said he would.

Shower was leaking because of a faulty mixer valve and Derek came in today and within an hour he'd completely fixed it, not even a temporary fix , a full new shower mixer, I've never known anyone that was so efficient and helpful, we've got more jobs in the family coming up namely a shower in the family bathroom of my daughter's new house and we are definitely phoning this company before anyone else, many thanks for such a timeous and complete repair!

Derek arrived and then worked solidly until the job was complete, quicker than I thought. Once he had cleared up there was time for a good blether over a mug of tea. Nice guy. Very experienced. Will get him again if required.
