  This company replied with a quote first. I accepted the quote, made the appointment time for the next day and the plumber arrived early after checking it was ok to do so, as his earlier job finished sooner than he anticipated. He carried out the work professionally, double checked everything was working as it should, and that was that, job done. He was a friendly person and I'd happily use his services again.
