  Extension to annexe and complete refurbishment throughout

  Communication with Derek was excellent. Kept up to date with changes required by building control and it was clear throughout the process of any costs involved, so no surprises. Derek didn't mix our job with any others so we were his only job for the duration of the project Other relevant trades brought in during the build were all really nice and easy to work with and all had a good standard of workmanship

  DL Home Improvements deliver on their motto 'Quality Workmanship' as well as having all the 'knowhow' to manage a construction project. I have worked with Derek over the last few years and he can pick up a project and instantly know what needs to be done or bring the best individuals forward to get the project built, on time and on budget! I would and will always recommend DL Home Improvement for future building work and project managing projects.

  UPVC Window Replacements & Composite Door Installation

  Derek is hardworking, professional, and communicative. He was respectful of our home, keeping it tidy throughout and ensuring we were informed and involved when unexpected issues arose. The quality of his work was excellent, and he was proactive in coordinating with suppliers to organize replacements for faulty materials (through no fault of his own). I would gladly work with Derek again in the future.

  Ensuite and bathroom refurb.

  Derek was very professional and had organised the work so it was completed in a timely manner. They all worked very hard and left the place tidy at the end of the day. I was anxious about certain parts of the work but I was completely put at ease as they communicated very well and had a very calm approach. Very pleased with the end result..
