  This was our second time using Derek's services to renovate our home. We required Derek to block up two internal doorways, create a new doorway, knock through a wall to a bathroom and to tile. As expected, Derek was reliable, always available to discuss the project/answer queries, and his prices were reasonable and transparent. Many thanks again to Derek.
