  Renovation of roof terrace, plus a new roof with skylight & associated interior works

  My roof terrace leaked, drained poorly & the tiles (badly laid when I bought the house) needed replacing. Dwain’s team stripped it all, fitted new boards, a new roof & drainage matting making a super-strong surface for them to then lay new tiles. They also replaced my hall roof & ceiling, & installed a skylight. The terrace is beautifully finished & drains like a dream. I defy any water to ever get through it! The skylight is great! It was a well organised project, on time, on budget. The whole team were kind, friendly & a pleasure to work with. I would unhesitatingly recommend them!

  Full House Refurbishment

  Wall knock through

  Do not use this company. They did a wall knock-through for us. They used subcontractors who were good and did all the brickwork. However, they cut the joists too wide, which building control pointed it out. They also cut electrical wires with scissors. Instead of using cement, they filled holes with spray foam and bricks. Every builder since couldn't believe the state they left it in. They offered to fix the joists at our cost. We had no confidence. If you raised an issue, it was met with hostility. We had to bring in new people, rewire and plumbing was a bigger job because of shoddy finish.

  Chimney breast removal

  Dwain is fabulous! He came to our rescue after a previous builder left our home in a dangerous state. Although he was busy, he saw how unsafe the house was & came immediately to sort it. He is a genuine, reliable, courteous guy & I would highly recommend him to everyone.
