  DLC did some decorating repairs to my rented 4 bed house. And replaced a pedestal washbasin with a vanity unit to update the bathroom. They did exactly what I asked for keeping in mind my budget and work was done efficiently. I have been working with Dwain at DLC for several years and maintains all my residential lettings.

  Brilliant Job – Our Garage Is Now a Lovely New Room Thanks to DLC Property Maintenance

  We had our garage converted by DLC Property Maintenance Company and honestly, they were brilliant from start to finish. The team turned up on time every day, kept everything tidy, and were really easy to talk to. The quality of the work is excellent — it’s completely changed how we use the space. Any little questions or tweaks were dealt with quickly and nothing was too much trouble.   Renovation of roof terrace, plus a new roof with skylight & associated interior works

  My roof terrace leaked, drained poorly & the tiles (badly laid when I bought the house) needed replacing. Dwain’s team stripped it all, fitted new boards, a new roof & drainage matting making a super-strong surface for them to then lay new tiles. They also replaced my hall roof & ceiling, & installed a skylight. The terrace is beautifully finished & drains like a dream. I defy any water to ever get through it! The skylight is great! It was a well organised project, on time, on budget. The whole team were kind, friendly & a pleasure to work with. I would unhesitatingly recommend them!
