Do not use this company. They did a wall knock-through for us. They used subcontractors who were good and did all the brickwork. However, they cut the joists too wide, which building control pointed it out. They also cut electrical wires with scissors. Instead of using cement, they filled holes with spray foam and bricks. Every builder since couldn't believe the state they left it in. They offered to fix the joists at our cost. We had no confidence. If you raised an issue, it was met with hostility. We had to bring in new people, rewire and plumbing was a bigger job because of shoddy finish.

Dwain is fabulous! He came to our rescue after a previous builder left our home in a dangerous state. Although he was busy, he saw how unsafe the house was & came immediately to sort it. He is a genuine, reliable, courteous guy & I would highly recommend him to everyone.

This company was quick to reply to my add. They gave a quote and stuck to it, although it was (in my opinion) high. I was desperate to get the leaking roof sorted, so accepted. The workmen were on time and courteous. Happy with the final result.
