I am managing a property refurb of a bungalow for a client & instructed DLC Properties to carry out the following- - Replace the lathe & plaster ceiling in three rooms. - Plaster three bedrooms and two bathrooms. - Fit new loft insulation. Along with some other smaller works. Danny kept me updated on the work as he progressed with it. Removed old unbonded cracked plaster on brick wall and re-plastered wall in lounge. Wall made up of brick and plasterboard. Tricky job as had to blend into existing plaster on plasterboard wall.
