I am managing a property refurb of a bungalow for a client & instructed DLC Properties to carry out the following- - Replace the lathe & plaster ceiling in three rooms. - Plaster three bedrooms and two bathrooms. - Fit new loft insulation. Along with some other smaller works. Danny kept me updated on the work as he progressed with it. He had a key for the property and is trustworthy and reliable.

Danny replaced our outdated kitchen. He worked to very high standard from preparation to installation. We are very pleased with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Removed old unbonded cracked plaster on brick wall and re-plastered wall in lounge. Wall made up of brick and plasterboard. Tricky job as had to blend into existing plaster on plasterboard wall. Also edges to coving and skirting taped slightly so they matched the rest of the room. Excellent job. Definitely recommended.

Danny did some excellent brickwork for us. He was very courteous, a pleasure to have around and was very tidy. He worked to his anticipated schedule and charged what he quoted us. We would definitely recommend Danny to others.

The work was carried out very efficiently with great care taken to tidy up and cause minimum disruption. The end result, which included a ceiling repair, was excellent.
