  We have used Keith and his team before so when we wanted some more work done we went straight to them. Again we are very happy with the results and the way they worked was quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

  Garage conversion

  We recently had our garage converted and could not be more delighted with the result. From day one the team were punctual, polite and made us aware of what would be happening and when. Their craftsmanship is outstanding, joinery, insulation, and plastering have all been completed to an extremely high standard, and the room now looks as though it has always been part of the house. A highly skilled, considerate and well-organised team who deliver a truly quality finish, I thoroughly recommend them.

  Extension with refigure of downstairs

  Our build ran smoothly from start to finish. Keith, Danny & the team were friendly, professional & above all else reliable. Arriving early each day & working late on occasions when tasks needed to be finished. All the tradespeople worked together brilliantly meaning only a couple of odd days where nothing progressed, so the extension was complete in good time. Keith understood our budget and didn't push us to go bigger & better as other builders had done when pricing the job. He worked hard to leave us with a finished project that was way beyond our expectations! The plastering was 10/10!

  Renovation of rear of property

  D K Building Services promptly replied, visited and submitted a quotation for the work required. The job was complicated, including woodwork renovation, replacement of windows and guttering, making good and painting walls, making a new, now waterproof, join between a lower roof and wall to the main building. Scaffolding needed to be organised. The property is Grade 2 listed building and the work was sensitive to the this type of building, in particular to the delicate roof tiling. No tiles were damaged! An excellent job completed on time. Further work will be done by DK Building Services

  Outbuilding renovation

  We got DK builders back for our latest project, as they done a great job for us last year removing a wall in our kitchen. This was a much bigger project, converting the outbuilding attached to the side of the house to an extension with new roof. DK were great all the way through the process, always keeping us informed what was going on, giving advice, making suggestions (which were always spot on) Such very friendly, professional, very neat and tidy service. The finished job has surpassed my expectations, and we are looking forward to getting DK back for our next job asap! Brilliant job, guys!
