  Hall renovation / Garage conversion

  We are so pleased with our hall renovation and garage conversion, which we now use as a dining room, can’t believe how good the transformation looks. The quality of the work was outstanding they even managed a couple of extra job requirements while they were here at a very fair cost. Keith gave us his professional guidance and knowledge on type of flooring we should use and the construction of a front door step with air vents. Keith and Danny are genuinely so friendly from the moment they gave us a quote to job completion. We would certainly have them back for future work.

  Full house renovation

  My husband and I have never done anything like this before and we were totally lost at how to go about picking a contractor, thankfully when K&D turned up (40 mins early) we knew we wanted to work with them, they were knowledgeable, patient with our questions and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with everything. This carried on throughout the work, keeping us updated and working incredibly hard. Everyone that they had working on the project was amazing and we really enjoyed getting to know the team. The final project is exactly what we wanted, we’re over the moon! Thank you!

  Excellent multi-skilled builders

  Work done: -Made good ceiling after wheelchair lift was removed. -made good walls ready for fitted cupboards - filled in double doors with stud wall - made good ceiling after water leak - laid herringbone vinyl click flooring - installed internal barn door on rail Keith and Danny are fantastic tradesmen and also work with a great network. We were also very impressed with Richard, their carpenter. The lads are 10/10 for workmanship at a very fair price. They work very hard when on the job but are also polite and a great laugh. It’s a pleasure to have them do work for us.

  Hard working and thorough

  We have used Keith and Danny for a few jobs now and we again very pleased with the results when they came to lay a large patio area and replace some fencing. They communicate very well and go that extra mile to ensure we were happy and the work done was to a high standard.

  Load baring wall removal kitchen ripped out an new kitchen fitted

  We had a brilliant experience of using DK building services. Keith and Danny have gone above and beyond to get our kitchen conversion finished to the highest of standards, they’ve worked tirelessly and handled all aspects of the project for us, Keith has been honest and transparent about all aspects of work throughout including pricing and advise on what would improve our plans. Not only is the work 10/10 but their genuinely really lovely people who we have felt comfortable with throughout the process, by the end of our work they have felt more like friends and were really grateful.
