D K Building Services promptly replied, visited and submitted a quotation for the work required. The job was complicated, including woodwork renovation, replacement of windows and guttering, making good and painting walls, making a new, now waterproof, join between a lower roof and wall to the main building. Scaffolding needed to be organised. The property is Grade 2 listed building and the work was sensitive to the this type of building, in particular to the delicate roof tiling. No tiles were damaged! An excellent job completed on time. Further work will be done by DK Building Services

We got DK builders back for our latest project, as they done a great job for us last year removing a wall in our kitchen. This was a much bigger project, converting the outbuilding attached to the side of the house to an extension with new roof. DK were great all the way through the process, always keeping us informed what was going on, giving advice, making suggestions (which were always spot on) Such very friendly, professional, very neat and tidy service. The finished job has surpassed my expectations, and we are looking forward to getting DK back for our next job asap! Brilliant job, guys!

We are really pleased we chose Keith and his team to carry out our garage conversion. They worked really hard to get it completed before Christmas. It took them about 3 weeks to complete. They were very trustworthy and reliable and communicated well with us. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any future work we need.

Keith and the gang , at short notice, knocked through a supporting wall between my lounge and dining room fitting new doors etc. They were extremely professional in their work and although it was a very messy job, they made sure that my house was protected from the mess. I am an older lady and they were very respectful, happy, chatty and courteous at all times and listened to what I wanted rather than telling me what to have, which was very refreshing. Their price was competitive and they completed the work in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend them for any work you require.

Keith and his team were very understanding, the job was harder then i thought it would be, there was around two foot of concrete to break up but Keith and his team did not give up and finally got the two metal posts out. The price quoted was very competitive compared with other quotes. Would highly recommend Keith and his team
