Dean did an excellent job of replacing our old boiler and the leaking hot water cylinder that had caused our kitchen ceiling to collapse. Not only did he arrange a next-day installation of a new cylinder that we could use right away with its immersion heater but arranged for our ceiling to be repaired as well.

I have used Dene now for 4 separate jobs including the replacement of unvented water cylinder as well as replacing some pipework. All the work that Dene has carried out has been done to an excellent standard and all with all 4 jobs that he has undertaken for me I have zero complaints. He is professional and has always advised me on the best options to keep solutions cost effective as possible. After using him multiple times I have complete trust in his advice. Would highly recommend and I will continue using him myself going forward.

Dene did an excellent job fitting a new valve and pump in our airing cupboard when our hot water system stopped working properly. He was highly responsive and completed the work quickly, tidily and efficiently. We would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

I moved into a new (to me) house and the existing boiler didn't work. Dene removed the 30 year old boiler, installed another one with associated pipework, drained the system, fitted a new ballcock & left us with a warm house & hot water within hours of our initial phone call. Dene installed a new boiler. He came out and reviewed the issue quickly and was able to come the same week to install. He explained everything well. He took everything away with him and left the space very tidy.
